We ship domestically using UPS and internationally using UPS or USPS.

We have a 60-day money back guarantee policy on the purchase of all our products.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact  sales@keithmcmillen.com  to request an Return Authorization Number (RMA#) and the address to ship your return to.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges for return of product. Customer will be credited for the purchase price of the product minus the shipping & handling charges on the original order.
